If Cheetham do relocate its likely to be north of Gawler River and will be turning their pumps north from Middle Beach. Thompsons Beach will be end point of operations, their land lies between the block and Thompsons Beach. It is likely they will be a willing buyer in the future of the block to put all their machinery on as my understanding from a local councillor they need every square metre of land to put salt pans in.

Finally spoke to Mallala Council head of planning and he would be open to allowing a caravan park on the block as there is a shortage of short term stay accommodation in the area.

Land is zoned coastal which is surprisingly is less restrictive than general farming as tourism and recreational facilities are not non complying.

Willing to offer vendor finance or long term lease or any other worthwhile proposition. I think its a great investment but looking to sell due to family situation.
