The main Lodge has four double bedrooms, two large living areas, a dining area, two bathrooms and a commercial size kitchen, which has a new stainless steel gas stove and oven and a Rayburn wood stove which has a water jacket that heats the water during the winter months and is also used for cooking, it also heats the house during the cold winter months.
There is also a large Saxon wood heater that heats the Lodge and two gas cocks which can be used to heat the Lodge, we have not had to use the gas cocks in the ten years we have been here.
There is a cellar under the Lodge and an attic above the two top bedrooms.

is more than enough water storage for the year.
There is a copper sprinkler system on the Lodge for fire fighting purposes.
In addition to the Lodge there are three solar powered 12 volt Eco cabins.
The cabins are 100mts from the Lodge and are 10mts apart.
Each cabin is identical with an open plan layout.
The cabins are fully self contained with a full gas stove and oven, 12 volt low compression electric fridge, a large ensuite bathroom Queen size beds, wardrobe, dining setting, futon lounge sofa and a color TV.
They are about 4.5 x 6.5 mts with a large deck area with privacy screens that have the ocean views.
The cabins have been built using Ecoply timber cladding and iron roofs and timber decks.
The cabins are timber lined and have tile floors.
This is a true lifestyle business that is enjoyable to run and is run with no staff.
The business is fully licensed and has all necessary government approvals.
The property has a conservation covenant on it, we have 29.4 hectares and we have only locked up 25 hectares leaving 4.4 hectares for further development, if required, subject to council approval.
The property backs onto St Patricks Head State Reserve which is about 1500 hectares of forest.
The property has old growth forest deep in the valleys which houses the Unique Blind Velvet Worm, highly protected.

There is a Health & Community Centre which has a small hospital and very impressive facilities.
St Marys is 12 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Tasmania, the coast is locally known as the suncoast as it is constantly sunny and quite mild compared to the rest of Tasmania.
St Helens the game fishing capitol is only 35 minutes away and has larger supermarkets, hardwares and a larger hospital and several cafes.
