Your legal adviser can also review the disclosure document, finance contracts, title searches, mortgage documentation, assist in any negotiations with fixing any issues pre-settlement, handle the deposit and final payment on settlement day, deal with any legal enquiries/documentation from the sellers legal advisers and transfer the property title to you on settlement day.
