What payment options are available to list my property on homesales.com.au?

You can either pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, BPAY, money order or by cheque*.

Cheques and money orders are to be sent to Carsales.com Limited, Locked Bag 3333, Hawthorn, Victoria, 3122.

Please ensure that you enclose your name, phone number, address and property ID with the cheque payment.

Note: your advertisement will not be published on homesales.com.au until full payment has been received.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Does homesales.com.au assist in the sale of my property?
homesales.com.au does NOT assist in the property sale transaction. We provide the necessary tools to connect buyers and sellers however do NOT offer advice or become involved in the private sale transaction. Visit our ‘Learn’ centre for handy resources that can assist with this process.

 

 

I have edited my listing but the changes haven’t appeared?

There could be a number of reasons that your changes have not appeared on your listing.

Either you did not click the ‘Save’ icon before exiting your dashboard area, you have not entered appropriate content, or you are in breach of the homesales.com.au Terms and Conditions.

All property listings, edits, photos and enquiries go through an approval process which means that your changes will not appear instantly.

How do I know I’m legally covered?

Selling and buying property without the assistance of a real estate agent is legal. You will need to engage the professional services of a Solicitor or Conveyancer to handle all of your legal documentation, deposits and the settlement of your property.

Check your email address is accurate in your dashboard.
