Attract the Right Buyer to your Property
Last month we introduced you to a few handy hints that can help you attract the right buyer for your property.
We’ve looked behind the couch and under the mat and came across a few more gems to make sure you’re marketing your property with the best of them.
Put your property sale out there with a signboard
How many times have you driven past a property and noticed the big "For Sale" signboard out the front?
Signboards are a great way to let buyers in your area - or interested in your area - know that your property is for sale. Homesales.com.au offers a range of signboards including:
· Corflute for sale sign boards,
· Stock boards, and
· Fully installed photo signboards.

Spread the word with a brochure drop
Property brochures are another great way to let buyers in your local area know that your property is up for sale.
You can drop them in letterboxes in your neighbourhood or simply ask a local shopkeeper if you can leave a few at their counter or pinned to a local shop notice board. These are all effective ways to generate even more interest in your property.
You can print out property brochures straight from your homesales listing too. Simply click on the Property Brochure tab on the left hand side of your listing and – voila!
Handy Hint: Have a brochure handy to give to potential buyers at your open for inspections. This will give them something to take home and look at as they make their final decision.
Find time to have an open for inspection
If you don’t have the time to hold individual inspections throughout the week, consider having an open day on the weekend or a weekday where you can attract a number of buyers in a short period of time.
You can create some excitement around your open for inspection too by advertising the date and time on your property listing, or dropping some brochures in letterboxes in your neighbourhood
Another great way to generate attention for your property is to put up some ‘open for inspection’ sign boards in your area from the main road pointing towards your property.
