Fancy a bit of movie memorabilia?
Two homes famous in their own right, having featured in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and the Twilight series, are now at bargain basement prices – well, bargains by celebrity standards anyway!
Owners of ‘The Cullen House’, home of fictional Twilight vampire Edward Cullen, first listed the Vancouver property at the same time the second movie in the Twilight saga, ‘New Moon’, debuted in cinemas around the world.
Having not been snapped up by ‘Twihards’, the 117-square-foot glass house, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms has had to reduce its asking price from $US3.3 million to $US2.9 million.
Another property fans have neglected to purchase is the home best known for having had a Porsche driven through its glass enclosed garage in ‘Ferris Bueller’s Day Off’. Located in Highland Park, Illinois, USA, the owners of the 5,300-square-foot house have had to reduce their asking price from $US2.3 million to $US1.8 million having first listed the property in August of last year.
