Celebrity property developer and astute investor, Donald Trump, will be moving on from his primary residence in the affluent seaside suburb of Ranchos Palos Verdes, California.

Donald initially purchased the 300 acre block in the Ranchos Palos Verdes community back in the late 1990’s for handsome $27million where he developed not only this beautiful 5 bedroom, 9 bathroom mansion but also a luxury18-hole golf course and club house.

The massive 11,000sq ft estate features marble floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, a master bedroom with private patio and fire pit, library, a game room with full-sized bar, wine room, a “chef’s dream” kitchen, infinity pool and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and Trump National Golf Course from almost every room.

According to Housing Watch reports, it doesn’t seem the Ranchos Palos Verdes community will be too sad to see Mr Trump go. After a number of other disagreements including the community opposed Trump-named street and 12 foot ficus trees, Trump decided to sue the exclusive town for $100 million.
